Liner notes from back cover:
"This mix was made for a radio show called Sábado Rosa on Radio Aquí in Castelldefels (Barcelona-Spain). In this show we used to play al kinds of dance music, mainly italo and funky music. After listening to the Grandmix '84 made by Ben Liebrand, Rosa (presenter of the show) asked me to make a mix of the year '85. She wanted me to make two mixes: The Afternoon Mix and The Night Mix. The equipment used to do these mix were: 2 turntables technics, Mixer Mac-8, Reel To Reel Tape and, of course, a little bit of imagination. This mix, The Afternoon Mix (Sábado Rosa - Italo Year 1985) was made between December 23th 1985 and January 3rd 1986 and played live on the 4th of January. I know that there are some tracks that aren't from 85 but from 84, but they were hits in Spain in 85, that's the reason why they are included in this compilation.
